I'm a 25-year-old chef from South Yorkshire with a lifelong passion for food, sports, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. My culinary journey began over a decade ago, training and working in a 1 Rosette restaurant where I developed a strong foundation in classical techniques and kitchen discipline. Since then, I’ve grown through hands-on experience in some of the finest kitchens in the UK, including establishments up to 3 Rosette standard.

For the past five years, I’ve worked as a private and freelance chef, delivering bespoke dining experiences for a wide range of clients. This role allowed me to sharpen my creativity, adapt to different dietary needs, and perfect my ability to deliver exceptional food in both intimate and large-scale settings. Whether it’s a wellness retreat, a dinner party, or a week-long luxury stay, I thrive on crafting menus that blend flavour, balance, and nutrition.

Currently, I work full-time as a Function Chef at a prestigious hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Peak District. Here, I combine my culinary skills with my experience in event planning and kitchen management to lead the execution of weddings, corporate events, and high-profile functions. From initial concept to final plating, I take pride in ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.

My love for sports and fitness heavily influences my cooking philosophy. I believe that food should fuel the body while exciting the senses—and I’m always exploring ways to incorporate fresh, seasonal, and health-conscious ingredients into my dishes.
